Finding great loans for people is what we do every day; assessing people’s needs and situation, and negotiating the best possible deal. We deal with big banks and small lenders, looking for loans with the lowest rates and best conditions that suit your credit, earning and spending patterns. Who wants to talk to a banker? We do! Home Loans

1. Find home loan options: We’ll initially set up a consultation to learn about your requirements, goals and needs. We’ll explore a range of home loans to find the one that’s right for you and answer any questions that you may have.

2. Prepare pre-approval: We’ll help you organise your pre-approval application and guide you through the process once you’ve chosen a home loan product that’s right for your needs.

3. Work with lenders: We do the heavy lifting by handling all the documentation on your application and directly liaising with lenders through the loan process so you don’t have to. We’ll keep you regularly informed on your application progress.

4. Full approval and settlement: Once your loan is approved, we can help you prepare for settlement by ensuring all the necessary final paperwork is completed and all fees and charges are paid.

5. Annually assess your loan: Unlike larger brokers, we’ll stay in touch and evaluate your loan year by year to ensure it’s still suitable for your financial situation and matches up with the market.

Commercial Loans

Commercial finance is quite different to residential finance. The cost is generally incorporated within the fee structure charged by the prospective lenders. Any additional fees are disclosed in advance so that you can make an informed choice. Below are some of the finance lenders we work with.

Michael’s experience in the loan market is wide-ranging. The strength of the long-standing relationships Michael has built over the years has seen him help multiple generations within the same family navigate the lending market. If you asked Michael what his career highlight has been, it would be easy to assume it was one of the high-profile loans he has arranged, such as successfully financing the purchase of a multi-million dollar shopping centre. Yet he got just as much satisfaction from getting a small loan over the line for some older clients purchasing a home, despite them being repeatedly knocked back in the past. He believes that it in today’s climate it is not enough to have just have a strong policy knowledge of the various lenders. Michael has a comprehensive understanding of the entire financing process and the factors that influence the loan market beyond the specific bank requirements, all of which contribute to a better outcome for both first time buyers and sophisticated borrowers alike. When he’s not in the office you can usually find Michael on the soccer fields – don’t expect a call from him on Saturday afternoons when his team is playing! Spending time with his family is important to him, at least once he’s finished the crossword, and they love visiting the beach together or indulging in Michael’s favourite treat – eating ice-cream! Ben Machin

He prides himself on helping his clients to achieve their financial goals and dreams of home ownership. Ben has a wealth of experience having worked in the finance sector for over 8 years. During his career he has helped a wide range of clients from first home buyers to experienced investors. He is a seasoned property investor himself and in conjunction with owning his own small businesses, this provides Ben with a unique ability to guide his clients through the intricacies of residential home loan lending. Ben is a family man with two young children of his own. He loves his footy and cheering his kids on when they play sports. He is just as happy doing some DIY as he is relaxing and watching a good movie. Ben loves being a Mortgage Broker, and gets great satisfaction in finding solutions for his clients when the banks have told them ‘no’. Laura Clarke

Laura Clarke is known for her transparent, approachable and authentic nature, making her a favourite by her clients in the mortgage broking industry. Residing in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, Laura assists clients Australia-wide, whilst specialising in the greater Sydney area Since moving from Ireland to Australia in 2011, she has worked in sales and leadership roles across a variety of industries and in 2019 moved into the finance industry where she found her passion! Specialising in residential lending, Laura strongly believes that getting a mortgage is one of the biggest responsibilities you can take on in life. Her aim is to empower and educate clients to make an informed decision as she knows that too many people journey through the process without fully understanding the ins and outs. Having a passion for service excellence, Laura takes pride in going above and beyond for her clients, holding their hand through the entire process. The most important thing to Laura is getting to know her clients goals and objectives both short term and long term to ensure she is always providing the best solution, whether seeking home loans for first home buyers, investors or those looking to refinance for home improvements, debt consolidation and more. Laura holds a Bachelor (Hons) of Business Studies and a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking. When out of the office, Laura loves getting out in nature doing anything from coastal walks and hikes, paddleboarding, kayaking, reading a book on the beach or having a dip in the ocean!
