Our History
Established in 1955, KS Black & Co is a long established chartered accounting firm delivering quality accounting, audit, superannuation, tax advisory and financial planning services from our offices in Sydney and Parramatta.
The firm continues to grow, largely as a result of referrals from existing clients.
We service the needs of clients not only in NSW but also interstate, ranging from small family businesses to large companies with branches throughout Australia, and overseas.

Stuart Cameron
Partner
Stuart has been with KS Black & Co since 2008, having previously worked for KPMG, PKF and BDO. He has an extensive knowledge in business advisory services, including corporate finance and structuring advice. His clients range from public listed companies to large proprietary companies and not-for-profit organisations.
He is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a Certified Internal Auditor.

Scott Bennison
Audit Partner
Scott specialises in the provision of audit and assurance services. His clients include public listed companies, large proprietary companies and not-for-profit organisations. He is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and is a Registered Company Auditor in Australia and New Zealand.

Wally Antoun
Executive Manager
Wally has been with KS Black & Co since 1990 and specialises in taxation, superannuation and business advisory services for high net wealth individuals and small to medium enterprises.
He has extensive experience in dealing with and advising family business groups on ways to effectively structure their business, manage tax, increase wealth, protect business and personal assets and succession planning. Wally has gained a depth of knowledge over a varied range of industries including property development and trade services, retail, professional service, transport and childcare.

Kelly Liu
Executive Manager
Kelly joined the firm in March 2013. She finished her Masters of Accounting and Finance from Adelaide University and has been working in public practice since then. She is also a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a registered SMSF auditor.
She specialises in business advisory services and SMSF. Kelly’s long term goal is to gain extensive knowledge and experience within the taxation, business services and superannuation areas.

Shweta Jain
Senior Manager
Shweta joined the firm in September 2010 and is a member of CPA Australia. She specialises in business advisory services. Her specialist areas include family business groups; and advice in relation to real property, succession planning and fringe benefits tax. She is also a registered SMSF auditor.

Ogi Cvijetic
Senior Manager
Having joined KS Black & Co in 2012, Ogi specialises in business advisory services, taxation, superannuation and accounting information technology for clients ranging from high net wealth individuals to small and medium enterprises, as well as self-managed superannuation funds. Ogi is also a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
Ogi’s specialisations, experience and knowledge allow him to provide clients business advisory solutions, and legislation and regulation compliance whilst incorporating the technology available in the current business and global environment.
