Ryans drive to modernize the accounting industry coupled with his desire to help people succeed saw the birth of Keeping Company. Focusing on the SME space, KeepingCo. empowers business owners by providing high-quality end-to-end accounting and business advisory services. Ryan took his first Accounting role working at KPMG. He went onto further refine his skills as a Chartered Accountant taking the role of Director of a Chartered Accounting firm in Erskineville. Ryan is a fully qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute for Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. He is also a Registered Tax Agent and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of South Australia.

B Com (Accounting and Applied Finance), Cert 4 (Mortgage and Finance Broking), XERO Cert, FUTRLI Cert. Tim began his career at KPMG before making the move into the financial services world. For over 15 years Tim has been working in senior executive positions at some of Australia’s largest financial services companies with roles including National Manager, CEO and most recently COO of Australia’s largest asset finance business. Tim founded and grew his own leasing business which was eventually acquired by an ASX listed group and as such understands the opportunities and challenges that SME’s encounter. Tim heads up our corporate advisory division and is ready to help your business reach its maximum potential.

GAICD, B Bus (Mktg), Cert 4 (Mortgage and Finance Broking), Xero Certified. Tracy spent her former working years as an Executive Buyer for David Jones. She translated her love of Marketing and Menswear into accounting terms in 2013, when she became a Partner in Keeping Company. Working in tandem as company Directors, Ryan and Tracy have different skills that complement one another. Since partnering up, they have taken the Company from strength to strength and they continue to do so. The duo has expanded the business to offer a full range of Financial Services in four locations across three States of Australia. In addition to her diverse career experience and her Degree in Business, Tracy became a Graduate of The Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2017.

CA, B Com, Adv. Diploma, XERO Cert. Raktive currently works for KEEPING COMPANY, OCT 16- Present. Prior to joining KEEPING COMPANY, he worked for MY ACCOUNTS for 3 years as a Bookkeeper. Raktive is a fully qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute for Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Raktive holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Australian Catholic University. He completed his Advance Diploma in Accounting from TAFE. He is a Xero Certified Advisor.
